A well-established organization is seeking an experienced HR Manager & Admin with 10–15 years of proven expertise in Organization Development (OD), Performance Management, Change Management, and Employee Training.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead OD initiatives, organizational structuring, and manpower planning
Drive performance management systems (KPIs, appraisals, improvement plans)
Manage change management and ERP/HR systems implementation
Oversee employee training, insurance programs, and legal compliance
Handle key administrative functions including facilities and fleet management
Experience Required:
✔ 10–15 years in Performance Management & OD
💰 Salary: PKR 250,000 – 450,000
